Is a CDR the same as a VET RPL for civil engineering?

No. A VET RPL is run by a Registered Training Organisation and gives you a nationally recognised qualification like a Diploma. The Engineers Australia CDR is a technical report assessed only for migration skills assessment against engineering competencies. It does not result in an Australian qualification, and the two pathways are entirely separate.

Do I always need a CDR for ANZSCO 233211?
