Written pathway check.
A$500 + GST (A$550 total), credited in full if you engage. You send your documents. Within five business days you have a written report from Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent (MARN 1576536): which visa pathways are realistically open to you and which are closed, with the reason, and the step to take next. No call to schedule, no time zone to work around.
Passport, current visa, CV, qualifications, English results if any, and any Department letter. The checklist comes with your receipt; missing items are fine.
A written report: each realistic pathway marked open or closed with the reason in the regulations, the recommended next step and its order, the government charge and processing time for that step, and the risks in your file to deal with first.
Within 5 business days of your complete documents arriving, by email. One round of written clarification on the report is included.
30 minutes by video on one clear question, written summary after. Book a time, speak the same week.

- A second person. A partner or family member is a separate check, or the full written assessment.
- A refusal, cancellation or review deadline. Those need the extended consultation, where the decision record is read with you.
- Lodgement. The report is advice; preparing and lodging an application is quoted separately in writing, with this fee credited.

Questions, answered
The consultation is a 30-minute call on one clear question, with a written summary afterwards. The pathway check has no call: you send documents, and five business days later you have a written report covering every realistic pathway for you, open and closed, with the next step. It suits people who want it in writing, who are in a difficult time zone, or who would rather not talk it through live.
Scope. The pathway check is one applicant and the realistic pathways for that person, with the recommended next step. The full assessment maps the whole picture over two to three years: family members, a refusal history, several occupations, the order of every step with costs and timeframes at each. If your situation has more than one moving part, the full assessment is the right instrument, and the pathway check fee is credited against it if you upgrade within 30 days.
Passport bio page, current visa grant notice or a VEVO check if you are in Australia, a CV with dates and duties, qualifications and transcripts, English test results if any, a skills assessment outcome if you have one, and any Department letter. The checklist arrives with your receipt. Missing pieces are fine; telling you which gaps matter is part of the report.
If nothing arrives within 30 days, or the check cannot proceed, the payment is refunded in full.
Yes, in full, against your engagement fee if WIDEN runs the resulting application, and against the full written assessment if you upgrade within 30 days.
No. No registered migration agent may guarantee an outcome (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021). What it guarantees is a straight answer: if no realistic pathway exists right now, the report says so, and says what would change that.
