Yes. Every report is documents-only, prepared under professional confidence (s 35) and a written B2B service agreement. Your client stays yours and your firm bills the end client.
Do you draft RPL or CDR competency reports for applicants?
No. I draft compliance and sponsorship documents for fellow agents. I do not author an applicant's own skills-assessment competency evidence (such as an ACS RPL or Engineers Australia CDR) — that must be the applicant's own work.
