What's in the pack
The full supporting evidence set for the subclass, drafted to current Departmental expectations — including the Genuine Position Statement, Annual Market Salary Rate analysis, and — where required — a Labour Market Testing (LMT) report (the employer runs the advertising and collects the evidence; we compile the report). See 482 Nomination Documents & LMT for how we keep the roles clear.
How the engagement works
Documents-only, under professional confidence (s 35) and a written B2B service agreement covering scope, fee, turnaround and confidentiality (s 42, Migration Agents Code of Conduct Regulations 2021). I don't contact your client, retain identifying client data beyond the engagement, or solicit your client.
Email a nomination brief
Send the subclass, occupation/ANZSCO, sponsor status and any deadline. I’ll confirm scope, fee and turnaround — usually within one business hour.

Questions we get asked first
What is a nomination-only service?
I prepare the complete nomination evidence pack on a documents-only basis while you manage the sponsor and applicant relationship and lodge the nomination. Your firm bills the end client. It lets you take on nomination work without the drafting load.
What does the nomination pack include?
The supporting documents for the subclass — Genuine Position Statement (GPS), Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR) analysis, and, where LMT applies, a Labour Market Testing (LMT) report compiled from the advertising evidence the employer runs and collects — drafted to current Departmental expectations.
How much does it cost?
482 nomination is $2,500 + GST, 186 nomination is $3,500 + GST, and the 407 Full pack (nomination documentation, supporting evidence and a pre-lodgement consistency audit) is $2,800 + GST. The 407 Core pack (pathway assessment, skills gap report and training plan) is $2,000 + GST. Every 407 engagement starts with a free, mandatory pathway assessment. Turnaround is 15 working days from a full brief, with faster turnaround available on request.
Who lodges and who bills the client?
You do. Your firm lodges the nomination and bills the end client. I provide the documents only, under a written B2B service agreement — I don't contact or solicit your client.
Do you run the Labour Market Testing advertising?
No. The employer runs the LMT advertising and collects the evidence — we do not place ads or gather evidence on their behalf. We compile the employer's genuine advertising into a compliant s 140GBA LMT report and support you with any questions. This keeps the roles clear; see the 482 Nomination Documents & LMT page for how we manage conflict of interest.
