What the audit covers

The full scope, rubric, methodology and deliverable are documented on the Pre-Lodgement Risk Audit page. The short version:

When a bundle pays for itself

A bundle pays for itself the moment two pre-paid audits have been used in place of two pay-as-you-go audits. For firms doing one sponsored matter per month, the 4-pack typically covers a quarter; for firms doing two per month, the 8-pack covers a quarter. The firm subscription is sized for firms running ten or more sponsored matters per year.

For firms doing fewer than one sponsored matter per month, the pay-as-you-go single audit is usually the right pricing — the bundle commits cash that may not be drawn down within the credit-validity window.

Book a 15-minute call

Bundles are sold to the firm, not the individual RMA, and the bundle scope (including the audit-specific terms incorporated into each drawdown) is confirmed in writing before the bundle invoice issues. A 15-minute call to confirm fit and answer questions is the cleanest way to start.

No consultation fee for this call — it is a commercial discussion about the audit product, not migration advice. Migration advice (on a specific matter) is provided separately under section 43 of the Migration Agents Code of Conduct 2022, with a paid consultation and written service agreement.

Frequently asked questions

How is a bundle different from a single audit?

The audit itself — the rubric, the deliverable, the 24–48 hour turnaround — is identical. A bundle is simply a pre-purchased pack of audit credits at a per-audit discount, designed for small RMA firms that audit more than one sponsored matter per month. Credits are drawn down as each audit is requested through the standard intake form.

Is the bundle a written service agreement?

The bundle invoice records the commercial commitment. A separate audit-specific scope letter is issued on each individual audit before work begins, in line with the standard Pre-Lodgement Risk Audit terms (s 42, Migration Agents Code of Conduct 2022). The audit is a peer review service between RMAs; WIDEN does not go on the record for the file being audited.

How long are bundle credits valid?

Twelve months from the date of the bundle invoice. Unused credits at the end of the period are not refundable, but can be extended for a further three months by written request before the original expiry.

Can the bundle be shared across multiple RMAs in the same firm?

Yes — bundles are sold to the firm, not to an individual RMA, and any RMA in the firm can draw down credits. The audit itself is requested per nomination by the responsible RMA, who confirms the firm's bundle reference at intake.

What kinds of nominations can the bundle be used for?

The Pre-Lodgement Risk Audit covers the same scope as the standard single-audit product — sponsored work nominations across the Subclass 482 (all streams), Subclass 186 (DE and TRT), and Subclass 407, plus the audit rubric extensions documented on the audit page. Family / partner / student matters are out of scope.

Refunds on bundles?

A bundle is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no audit credits have been drawn down. Once any credit has been used, the remaining credits are still usable but the bundle is non-refundable. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
