Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Subclass 858 National Innovation visa, you must:

Be invited to apply for the visa via the Expression of Interest (EOI) process

Apply within 60 days of receiving the invitation

Be either inside or outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance at the time of application and visa grant
-
Have an internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in one of the eligible fields

Be nominated by a person or organisation with a national reputation in your area of expertise. Your nominator must be one of the following:
