Migrating to Australia is one of the biggest investments in your future — and getting it right the first time protects it. See where the money really goes and why a refusal is the expensive outcome.
Why start with WIDEN
- Registered and accountable — a MARA-registered migration practice (MARN 1576536), not an unregulated middleman.
- Honest, not salesy — if RPL, a visa, or an appeal isn't right for you, we'll say so.
- Fast — a real reply personally.
Not ready to enquire yet? That\'s a fine place to be. Start with why our own family migrated to Australia — and whether it\'s worth it, and the honest challenges nobody puts in the brochure. The form will still be here.
Frequently asked questions
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. Telling us your situation and getting an initial response costs nothing and creates no obligation. If it turns out we can help and you want formal migration advice, that's a separate paid step under a written service agreement — but the first conversation to work out whether a pathway exists is free.
What happens after I submit?
We read what you've told us and reply personally — usually with an initial view on whether a pathway looks viable, what we'd need to confirm it, and the sensible next step. If your matter is urgent (a deadline or a refusal), tell us and we'll prioritise it.
Is this migration advice?
No — an initial assessment is general information to help you decide whether to proceed. Formal migration advice on your specific matter is provided by Keshab Chapagain (MARN 1576536) only after a paid consultation under a written service agreement (ss 42–43, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021). No outcome is ever guaranteed (s 15).
What can you help with?
Skilled migration (189/190/491), employer sponsorship (482/186/494), partner and family visas, student visas, RPL and skills-assessment pathways, and refusals and ART (Tribunal) appeals. If we're not the right fit for your matter, we'll tell you that too.
