The training plan alone — drafted to the regulation 2.72B pathway established in a free pathway assessment, with a limited skills gap analysis within the plan, delivered in editable Word by a registered migration agent (MARN 1576536). Five working days from a complete brief; one round of revisions.
- Assessment before drafting. Every order starts with the free pathway assessment (typically 2 business days). If no pathway under reg 2.72B is viable, we tell you and refund the payment in full, automatically.
- Candidate-funded orders are sponsor-confirmed. A training plan is the sponsoring business's document. If you're the visa applicant, we email your sponsor a one-click confirmation; the engagement forms with the sponsor and drafting starts on their confirmation. No confirmation within 7 days → full automatic refund. We recommend the sponsor pays or reimburses this fee — a nominee bearing sponsor costs can be treated by the Department as a cost-recovery concern.
- Documents only. You (or your agent, or the sponsor) lodge. Drafting time runs from a complete brief; one revision round included. Formed under a written service agreement — see the 407 engagement terms.
- No outcome is guaranteed — no one can lawfully guarantee a visa decision. What we commit to is a plan drafted to the applicable pathway's criteria, or your money back before drafting begins.

Yes, with one condition that protects your own nomination: a training plan is the sponsoring business's document, and the Department can treat a nominee bearing sponsor costs as a cost-recovery concern. So we ask for your sponsor's contact details, the engagement is formed with the sponsor, and drafting starts once they confirm by one click on an email we send them. If they don't confirm within 7 days, you're refunded in full and nothing is drafted. We recommend the sponsor pays or reimburses this fee, and we can invoice the business.
