407 Training Plan Check.
A$500 + GST (A$550 total). You already have a training plan — drafted in-house, by another provider, or from a template. Before it carries a nomination, have it checked by a registered migration agent (MARN 1576536) who wrote the OMARA-approved CPD on 407 pathway selection and training plans. You get a written report within 2 business days of sending the plan.
The reg 2.72B pathway relied on (and whether it is the right one), the tailoring and duration limbs of reg 2.72B(3)(a), and the work-versus-training boundary under regs 2.72A(13) and 2.72A(16).
Structure, phasing, supervision and assessment; whether the plan reads as training or as a task list; the internal-consistency red flags that generate requests for information.
A written report — findings ranked by risk, the fix for each, and a plain answer on whether the plan is fit to carry the nomination as drafted.
