Nomination documents pack, drafted for your lodgement

The costs agreement — read before you pay

• The service: Every document the 482 or 494 nomination needs, drafted from your business’s facts and your own advertising: you or your agent lodge. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Genuine position statement and position description written to the Department’s tests, with the organisation chart; Annual market salary rate evidence and the salary checked against the threshold; Labour market testing report compiled from the advertisements you have already run, or the exemption documented; WIDEN does not place the ads or run the recruitment.
• The fee: A$2,000 + GST (A$2,200), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. Lodgement is not included (the full nomination, lodged for you, is A$4,200 + GST). Advertising and recruitment are not included. Government charges are paid to the Department.
• First step: Keshab confirms within one business day that the pack can be prepared for your role and sends the checklist; if it cannot, the payment is refunded in full.
• Timeframe: 10 working days from a complete brief. You provide: Business records on our checklist, the role, the salary, and the advertisements you ran with their dates and responses.
• No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
• Who pays: the sponsoring business. The law prevents an employer recovering sponsorship or nomination costs from the worker, and WIDEN does not accept payment for this service from a worker.
