The costs agreement — read before you pay
- The service: The host’s invitation letter drafted from the facts of the visit, matched to the application dates, with the evidence list for the visitor’s ties at home. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: The visit, the dates, the accommodation and who pays set out consistently with the application; The invitation letter drafted for the host to check and sign, without the wording that causes problems; An evidence list for the visitor: funds, employment, family and travel history.
- The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. The visa application itself is a separate service. The host signs their own letter.
- First step: Keshab confirms within one business day and sends the short questionnaire. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
- Timeframe: 2 business days from complete details. You provide: The host’s and visitor’s details, the purpose and dates of the visit, and any earlier refusal letter.
- No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
