The costs agreement — read before you pay

• The service: Your permanent residence travel facility renewed: the 155 or 157 application prepared on the residence or substantial-ties ground, lodged and followed to grant. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Your days in Australia counted and the ground chosen: two years in the last five, or substantial ties with compelling reasons; Ties evidence assembled (business, employment, family, personal) where the residence ground is not met; Lodged onshore or offshore and followed to grant, with the facility period explained.
• The fee: A$800 + GST (A$880), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. The Department’s application charge is paid to the Department.
• First step: Keshab confirms within one business day which ground you can apply on and sends the checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
• Timeframe: 5 business days from complete documents to lodgement. You provide: Passport, your permanent visa grant, travel history and, for the ties ground, the evidence of your connection to Australia.
• No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
