The costs agreement — read before you pay
- The service: The lost or stolen passport reported to the Department on the right form, your visa and any pending application linked to the replacement, and the link confirmed before you travel. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Every visa and pending application you hold identified, including bridging visas; The Department’s lost or stolen passport form prepared and lodged with the police report and the new passport; Followed until the link is confirmed, with VEVO checked before you rely on it.
- The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. Replacement passports are issued by your own government.
- First step: Keshab confirms within one business day and sends the checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
- Timeframe: Lodged within 1 business day of complete documents. You provide: The police report, the new passport or travel document, and your visa grant notice or ImmiAccount details.
- No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
