Your sponsored worker’s employment contract checked against the nomination

The costs agreement — read before you pay

• The service: The contract read against the nomination, the position description and the salary evidence before it is signed, so the title, salary, hours, location and employer all match. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Employer, position, duties, salary, hours, location and dates checked against the nomination and the market salary evidence; The no-less-favourable test against your Australian staff or the award flagged where it is at risk; A written list of changes before signing, including any clause that recovers sponsorship costs from the worker.
• The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. Employment law drafting and award interpretation are a lawyer’s. The nomination itself is a separate service.
• First step: Keshab confirms within one business day and sends the short checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
• Timeframe: 2 business days from receipt. You provide: The draft contract, the position description and the salary you plan to nominate.
• No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
• Who pays: the sponsoring business. The law prevents an employer recovering sponsorship or nomination costs from the worker, and WIDEN does not accept payment for this service from a worker.
