The costs agreement — read before you pay

- The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. Family court orders are obtained through a family lawyer. The visa application itself is a separate service.
- First step: Keshab confirms within one business day and sends the checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
- Timeframe: 3 business days from complete documents. You provide: The child’s birth certificate, both parents’ identity documents, and any custody or parenting orders.
- No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
