The costs agreement — read before you pay
- The service: Leave and return to Australia while your application is pending: the Bridging visa B prepared, lodged and followed to grant before you fly. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Your bridging status and travel dates checked: whether a BVB is the right instrument and when to lodge it; The substantial reasons for travel written up and evidenced; the application lodged in ImmiAccount; Followed to grant, with the travel period and the return conditions explained.
- The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. The Department’s application charge is paid to the Department.
- First step: Keshab confirms within one business day that a BVB can be lodged for your travel and sends the short checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
- Timeframe: 2 business days from complete documents to lodgement; allow three weeks before travel. You provide: Passport, your current bridging visa grant, the pending application reference and your travel dates and reason.
- No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
