The costs agreement — read before you pay

• The service: The assurer’s eligibility checked against the income test, the Services Australia application prepared, and the bond and timing planned around the Department’s request. Prepared personally by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent MARN 1576536. Scope: Who should be the assurer, and whether combining assurers is needed to meet the income test; The Services Australia application and income evidence prepared; The timing set against the Department’s request, so the AoS, the health checks and the second instalment arrive together.
• The fee: A$500 + GST (A$550), paid by card at checkout and held in WIDEN’s clients’ account until the work is done and invoiced, as the Migration Agents Code of Conduct requires. The bond is lodged with Services Australia and is not a fee. The parent visa application is a separate service.
• First step: Keshab confirms within one business day and sends the checklist. If we can’t start or complete the work you’ve paid for, the unused fee is refunded.
• Timeframe: 3 business days from complete documents. You provide: The parent visa application reference, the assurer’s income documents and tax returns, and the Department’s request if it has arrived.
• No guarantee: no nomination or visa outcome can be guaranteed by any registered migration agent (s 15, Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021).
