Visa Application Fees

Visa application services from the fees below. Final fee quoted per matter based on complexity, dependents, and document preparation requirements.

Service From
Skilled Independent (189/190) $3,300 inc GST
Employer Sponsored (482/186) — visa application only $2,750 inc GST
Partner Visa (820/801, 309/100) $4,400 inc GST
Student Visa (500) $1,650 inc GST

Payment Policy

For employer sponsorship services (482, 407, 408, DAMA), all fees must be paid by the sponsor entity or referring agent's practice — not by the visa applicant. This is a requirement of Migration Regulation 2.87 and applies to all of our sponsor-paid services. This is not our policy — it is Commonwealth law, and we treat compliance as non-negotiable.

For non-sponsored services (skilled independent, partner, student), the applicant or their representative pays.
