Migration assistance is provided by Keshab Chapagain, registered migration agent (MARN 1576536), in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

- Third parties you have specifically authorised us to deal with
Overseas disclosure
We use third-party service providers, some of which are located in Australia and some overseas (primarily the United States), to host our website, deliver email, manage form submissions, and store records. These providers are contractually required to handle personal information consistently with applicable privacy laws. We do not name specific providers here because they may change from time to time, but the categories of disclosure remain as described.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
How we hold personal information
We hold personal information in secure electronic and (where applicable) physical files.
