1. Appointment and Authority
1.1 The client appoints Widen to prepare a training plan for the purpose of supporting a subclass 407 training visa application.
1.2 If acting on behalf of a third party (e.g. sponsor business or visa applicant), the client warrants they have full authority to act and provide instructions on behalf of that party.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Widen will prepare a tailored 407 training plan based on documents and information provided by the client.
2.2 The service includes up to three (3) versions/drafts. Any additional drafts or revisions beyond this scope may incur a fee of $165/hour (incl. GST).
2.3 The client acknowledges Widen is not responsible for:
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client;
- Any visa refusal, delay, or processing issue by the Department of Home Affairs.
2.4 Widen does not provide migration advice or legal representation under these Terms.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Full payment is required via credit card at the time of booking or checkout.
3.2 Widen will not commence work until all required information and documents are submitted by the client.
3.3 All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise required by law.
4. Limitation of Scope and Responsibilities
4.1 Widen provides only the preparation of training plans and related documentation as per the selected package.
4.2 Widen does not guarantee visa outcomes, approval, or assessment timelines.
4.3 The client is responsible for reviewing drafts and ensuring the accuracy of all information before submission to any government authority.
5. Termination and Refunds
5.1 The client may cancel services in writing. If cancellation occurs after work has started, 50% of the total fee or the value of work completed (whichever is higher) will be retained.
5.2 Widen may cancel the engagement if there is a breach of these terms, misuse of services, or failure to provide accurate information.
5.3 Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances and at Widen’s sole discretion, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Widen’s total liability for any claim relating to services is limited to $100 AUD.
6.2 Widen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (e.g. lost opportunities or reputational harm).
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
7.2 Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.
8. Client Acknowledgement
By ticking the box and completing payment, the client confirms they:
- Understand and accept the scope and limitations of Widen’s services;
- Are authorised to act on behalf of all relevant parties (if applicable);
- Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
9. Website Use and Privacy
9.1 The client agrees not to reproduce, share, or misuse any training plans or materials for unauthorised purposes.
9.2 All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
