- Evidence of completing at least 120 hours of work relevant to the core units of competency

To support your application, you’ll need to submit the following:
- 100 Points of ID – Certified by a Justice of the Peace (JP)
- Updated Resume
- Signed Consent Form
- Referee Testimonials – From current or previous supervisors
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Work Samples – Including care plans, progress notes, or incident reports
- Photographic Evidence – Demonstrating your work in aged care settings
